Melt-in-your-mouth Lamb recipe up!
Busy day yesterday and had to cook dinner so decided on a version of slow cooked greek lamb - when I tell you this is simply so soft the bones slid out. And no knife required that’s how soft And gelatinous the protein was. Served with a delicious salad of chopped capsicum cucumber tomatoes red onion rocket pomegranate feta great olive oil and a touch of balsalmic it was heaven on a plate!
